Our Management Team
Our Management Team, together with our dentists and terrific staff, strives to make your dental experience the best that it can be. Our goal is to provide our patients with a safe, friendly, patient-focused environment. Our knowledgeable, experienced staff works hard everyday to make your dental visit a positive one.
We are fortunate to have an excellent group of Managers who have served our patients for many years.
Cheryl Cottrell, RDH/Hygiene Services Manager -Cheryl oversees the delivery of dental hygiene services for all three of our practices. Cheryl ensures that our hygiene departments are well-staffed, equipped and supplied. Additionally, Cheryl works as a hygienist in our Chillicothe office.
Lesa Rutherford, EFDA/Clinical Manager – Lesa is our Clinical Manager for all three practice locations. Lesa, together with our dentists, works with our clinical staff to maintain a safe, patient-focused clinical environment. Additionally, Lesa works as an EFDA in our Chillicothe office.
Jenny Fay, Patient Business Services Manager – Jenny manages our patient services related scheduling and billing. She is our go-to person for our business support services. Additionally, Jenny oversees the operation of our Jackson practice.
Sue Sklenar, Patient Financial Services Manager – Sue manages our patient services related to treatment planning, financial services, and insurance contracting. Additionally, Sue oversees the operation of our Circleville practice.
Linette Wrightsel, HR/Administrative Services – Linette manages our employee human resource needs for all three of our practices. Additionally, Linette assists with marketing and advertising of our services in the communities in which we serve.
