Dr. Green graduated from The Ohio State University School of Dentistry in 1977 and has been in Chillicothe ever since. Dr. Green practices in our Chillicothe office.

Jeremy D. Crabtree, DDS

Dr. Crabtree graduated from The Ohio State University School of Dentistry in 1997 then returned to Chillicothe to practice. Dr. Crabtree practices in our Chillicothe and Jackson offices.

Christopher G. Seeley, DDS

Dr. Seeley graduated from The Ohio State University School of Dentistry in 1999 and then returned to Chillicothe to practice. Dr. Seeley practices in our Chillicothe and Circleville offices.

Hayes E. Wilcox, DDS

Dr. Wilcox graduated from The Ohio State University School of Dentistry in 2001. Dr. Wilcox practices in our Circleville & Chillicothe offices.

Shawn F. Catlos, DDS

Dr. Catlos graduated from The Ohio State University School of Dentistry in 2003. Dr. Catlos practices in our Chillicothe and Circleville offices.

Douglas W. Brower, DDS

Dr. Brower graduated from The Ohio State University School of Dentistry in 2003. Dr. Brower practices in our Jackson office.

Nathan C. Murdock, DDS

Dr. Murdock graduated from The Ohio State University School of Dentistry in 2012. Dr. Murdock practices in our Circleville and Chillicothe offices.

Ira S. Levenson, DDS

Dr. Levenson graduated from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine where he received his degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery. He received his Master’s degree in Oral Biology and his Certificate in Periodontics from The Ohio State University in 1989. Dr. Levenson is a periodontal specialist practicing in our Chillicothe office.

Timothy G. Nusbaum, DDS

Dr. Nusbaum graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in 1974. Dr. Nusbaum specializes in pediatric dentistry and in dentistry for special-needs adults. Working in partnership with Family Dental Center, Dr. Nusbaum practices by referral only and treats his patients within a surgical setting.

Nira S. Patel, DDS

Dr. Patel graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry  in 2010.  She received her Pediatric Dentistry certificate in 2012 from the University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry.  Dr. Patel specializes in pediatric dentistry treating young children starting with well care office visits as early as one.  Dr. Patel practices in our Chillicothe office and within a surgical setting.

Kevin M. Carter, DMD

Dr. Carter graduated from University of Pittsburgh School of  Dental Medicine in 2016.  Dr. Carter practices in our Circleville and Chillicothe offices.
